  I recently had my car washed at the company. Washed is a word used lightly. Upon picking up my vehicle I inspected it, noticing that you could not call the vehicle clean. There was still dust and dirt on the rear of the vehicle like it has been pressure washed and not wiped at all. There was bugs up the side of the vehicle, and when I pointed these out was told I needed a polish to remove them. I rubbed it with my hand and they came off. Between my vehicle and my brush bars and the brush bars themselves had not been washed at all and I mean at all. On the front of my vehicle there were bug remains everywhere, all over the head lights, chrome and bull bar. When I questioned this, I was informed heavy bugs were an extra $10. However the vechicle wasn't overly dirty or covered in heavy bugs and the vehicle was inspected by a staff member prior to it being "washed". You would think if it was heavy bugs this also would have been picked up in the inspection.
  
  I have given this car wash a number of chances, as when the company first started they were good and did clean cars, however as time goes on their quality of work has gone down the drain with the slightly dirty water. I can't believe that I continue to go back especially after they crashed my car into one of the bollards in the car park, leaving scratches and paint transfer on my side step. I might seem crazy but, hey I like a clean car, but unfortunately I have not had one of those for sometime since using Moto Shine.
  
  This car "wash" is only good for clean vehicles. Don't expect your dirty car to become clean after leaving it with this company and paying top dollar. All this company is, is an expensive car park.
  
  I will not be going back.

  These guys did a great job on my car - it was pretty filthy and when i picked it up it was sparkling clean inside & out. My battery also went flat whilst in the car park so they sorted me out with a jump start - great service!
